Hi, I'm Charlotte! I live in Brussels and I've always been fascinated by what drives people, what touches them and what sometimes throws them off balance — not only through my training, but also through my own life path.
A period of travel and stepping back, together with my deeper practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork, broadened my view on mental health. They taught me how important it is to slow down, pause, and reconnect with yourself. I bring those experiences into how I work today as a psychologist.
For me everything begins with creating a place where you can feel safe. A space where you can breathe, where nothing has to happen, and where you can be yourself without judgement. I find it important that you feel everything is allowed to be there — including the things that are hard to put into words.
I listen attentively and gently, and together we try to give words to what feels heavy or confusing. We look for what can help you experience more calm, insight or resilience, in a way that truly fits you.
I don't believe in quick fixes, but in a journey where you can step by step come closer to yourself.
