Yoga Nidra

Deep rest, while remaining gently aware.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice followed lying down. We begin with gentle movement and breathwork, before you lie down comfortably for guided relaxation. No yoga experience is needed.

What is Yoga Nidra?

During Yoga Nidra, your attention is guided step by step through the body, breath and different sensations. The body is given space to relax deeply while you remain aware and listening. The session is individual and adapted to what feels safe and comfortable for you.

What happens during a 75-minute session?

  1. Arriving

We begin with a short conversation about how you are and what you need, followed by gentle movement and breathwork.

  2. Guided relaxation

You lie comfortably with a blanket and cushion while I guide you through the practice.

  3. A gentle close

Afterwards, we take time to return and, if you wish, talk about your experience.
